At the VMI campus on Saunders Drive in Lexington, VA, the Rockbridge Pickleball Group brings free public pickleball to 3 outdoor and 3 indoor courts on a rotating schedule. Outdoor sessions run Monday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings at 10 AM on VMI's tennis courts near Jordan Point Park, where tape and yellow rubber markers define the playing areas on a surface described as being in excellent condition. Indoor play at Washington & Lee University is available during inclement weather and winter months, though access is limited and requires special permission. Players note the group is welcoming to everyone from beginners to advanced levels. The courts are not permanently marked but the surface is in excellent condition. We use tape and yellow rubber markers to outline the courts.
