Pickleball Plus is an iOS pickleball court finder app, on the App Store since 2018. Today it tracks 22,500+ courts across 77 countries, all curated and updated directly by the player community.
Why it exists
Pickleball Plus launched in 2018, when there was no good way to find a court while traveling and pickleball was growing fast enough that even local court data was out of date the moment a Google sheet was published. The original premise hasn't changed: players are the source of truth. Every court can be added, updated, photographed, and reviewed by the people who actually play there.
How the data stays current
Court data on this website is the same dataset that powers the iOS app — community-contributed, with manual cleanup where helpful. Court counts, indoor/outdoor splits, public/private status, and ratings come from 3,065+ player reviews. If you spot something wrong, open the app and edit it: corrections sync to this website on the next build.

I'm a pitcher turned engineer, and honestly the two feel pretty similar. Four seasons in the Angels' system taught me to prepare like crazy, trust the work, and shake off a bad inning fast. Software turned out to be the same game with a keyboard. I've spent the last decade building apps and platforms, from crypto analytics to a vintage fashion collection manager, and I still get a kick out of the moment something I made just works for someone. Pickleball scratches the competitive itch I thought I'd left on the mound, though my dinks are nowhere near as reliable as my fastball was. At Pickleball+ , we love the game and the people who play it, and I want finding your next game to be the easiest part of your day.
I'm an athlete, data scientist, and engineer, and I don't really separate the three. Skateboarding taught me to fall, get up, and try again until it clicks. Running gave me patience and a place to think through problems that refuse to solve themselves at a desk. Pickleball keeps me competitive, social, and honest about my backhand. At work I bring that same mindset: stay curious, test things, learn from what breaks, and keep building. I love finding the story hidden in data and engineering things that actually make life easier for people. Whether I'm on a board, on the trail, or deep in a dataset, I'm happiest when I'm moving and figuring something out.
