3. Location Data

Pickleball Plus uses your device's location to find and display nearby pickleball courts. Location access is requested only when needed and can be disabled at any time through your device's settings. The App functions with limited features if location access is denied — you can still search for courts by city or address.

4. User-Generated Content

Reviews, ratings, and other content you submit through the App are publicly visible to other users. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in your reviews. You may request removal of your content by contacting us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with third-party analytics providers to help improve the App. Court information and reviews are shared publicly within the App as part of its core functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. User-generated content (reviews and ratings) is retained as long as the App is operational. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
