Pickleball Plus is a mobile application that helps users discover pickleball courts, read and write community reviews, view court details, and find courts near their location. The App is free to download with optional in-app purchases and is available on iOS devices through the Apple App Store.

When using Pickleball Plus, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate court information or reviews
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users or court operators
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the App or its services
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or other content through the App, you grant Pickleball Plus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App and related services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you submit.

5. Intellectual Property

The Pickleball Plus name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Pickleball Plus and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services including the Apple App Store, mapping services, and analytics providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. In-App Purchases

Pickleball Plus may offer optional in-app purchases for premium features and content. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store.

Pickleball Plus is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of court information, reviews, or any other content available through the App. Court availability, conditions, and details may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickleball Plus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App or its services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
