About this court
In Lincoln City, OR, Dorchester Park offers 4 outdoor asphalt pickleball courts on a blue tennis surface marked with highly visible orange stripes — a setup players note is easy to navigate and well-maintained. The courts carry a 4.5-star Google rating across 35 reviews and are open to the public daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, giving players a broad window to get on the court. Organized sessions are scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10 AM when weather allows, with a $2 drop-in fee or an optional $5 annual club membership that provides a code to an on-site equipment storage box — handy for those who prefer not to haul their own gear. The club also notes that mild, dry, low-wind mornings are the preferred time to play before conditions shift. Visitors to this United States Pacific Coast location frequently mention the welcoming atmosphere, with local club members quick to invite out-of-town players into their games. Beyond the courts, the park includes a covered picnic area, restrooms, ADA accessibility, and a dog-friendly environment, rounding out the experience for players bringing family or pets. The multi-sport facility also accommodates other activities, and the surrounding landscaping — including flowering shrubs — adds to the park's appeal as a neighborhood gathering spot.
