About this court

Located in Shelby, NC, the Suttle Pickleball and Tennis Complex — also known as Old Shelby Middle School — features 10 recently resurfaced, dedicated outdoor pickleball courts in excellent condition, all free to the public. Courts are accessible every day from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, making it easy to fit in a game before or after work. Players note the facility includes onsite restrooms and a practice wall with a net line marked for solo drilling. Regular open play draws a consistent crowd of social and competitive players throughout the week.

Courts are open to the public when there are no scheduled events taking place. 12 PB courts. Owned by Cleveland County Schools and operated by the Pickleball Association of Cleveland County (PACC), a volunteer fundraising organization that maintains the court facility. Players most mornings and afternoons on a regular basis. Welcoming and friendly. Social and competitive.
