Council Bluffs, IA pickleball is taking shape at CB Parks & Recreation Dept., where 2 newly established outdoor courts sit on existing tennis courts at Valley View Park. The courts are currently taped, with painted lines planned for spring, and are lit for evening play — though weekday hours run 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Access is free and open to the public, and the facility carries a kid-friendly designation. Players must supply their own paddles and balls. Additional courts may be added to adjacent tennis courts as the program grows, offering potential for expanded play capacity.
