Non-mandatory LAPA dues are $10 annually.. Comment: Lake Ashton is a gated community near US 27 off Thompson Nursery Road at the border of Lake Wales and Winter Haven. The community has two lighted, dedicated pickleball courts. Additionally, the community has 4 tennis courts, one which is dual- lined for pickleball. These tennis courts can be used on a first come, first served basis after 10 am daily, using portable lines when necessary. 2 of these tennis courts are lighted. The dedicated courts are available 7a.m. to 10 p.m.
