Located in Welaka, FL, Firehouse Pickleball Courts provides free public access to 3 outdoor courts on a structured schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. One dedicated permanent pickleball court is on site, while the two remaining courts use portable nets secured in a shed beside the fire station. Access to the shed — which also holds paddles and balls — requires a combination lock code obtained by contacting coordinator Michelle Holland at 904-386-4212. Lights are present but considered insufficient for effective night play, making daytime sessions the practical choice for players.
