About this court

Rossmoor offers pickleball in Walnut Creek, CA through a combination of 3 indoor and 3 outdoor courts set inside a gated Active Adult Retirement Community of approximately 6,500 residents. Access is membership-based, and resident Club Members receive scheduling priority over non-Club Members during Club time. Founded in Spring 2009 by USAPA Ambassador Bill Dougherty, the club had grown to 341 members as of late 2016. Players interested in joining or visiting can reach coordinator Dale Reynolds at 925-954-1196. Note that a $10 million renovation of the Aquatics & Fitness Center was planned to reduce indoor courts to 2 upon completion.

Presently, we have 3 indoor and 3 outdoor courts. Beginning, March,2017, their Aquatics & Fitness Center will be going through a $10 Million Dollar renovation. Once this is completed, we will end up with 2 indoor courts. Resident Club Members have priority over non Club Members. Only resident Club Members can play on Club time. USAPA Ambassador, Bill Dougherty started our Club in the Spring, 2009. As of today (12/31/2016), we have 341 Members and growing.
