About this court
Pickleball players in Greenwood, AR have a well-regarded destination at Bell Park, located at 1050 Bell Park Rd, where four dedicated outdoor courts were created through a thoughtful renovation that converted former tennis and basketball courts. The courts are free to play and open to the public seven days a week from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with lights in place to support evening sessions. Ample shade trees throughout the grounds help keep conditions comfortable during warmer months. Rated 4.7 out of 5 across 484 Google reviews, Bell Park draws consistent positive feedback from the community. Visitors mention the courts' condition as good and appreciate the range of amenities available, including covered picnic areas, restrooms, water access, and a dog-friendly environment. The park's multi-sport layout — featuring disc golf, playgrounds, a soccer field, and a paved trail — means pickleball outings can easily turn into full-day family visits. The broader park setting adds to the appeal, with reviewers noting scenic city views from elevated points and a trail system that extends several miles toward downtown Greenwood. The covered pavilion areas provide shaded spots to rest between games, and the kid-friendly atmosphere makes Bell Park a practical choice for players bringing younger family members. As a free, publicly accessible facility in the United States with dedicated courts and extended daily hours, Bell Park represents a well-rounded option for both casual and regular pickleball play in the Greenwood area.
Notes
Newly renovated. Old tennis courts/basketball courts turned into 1 full basketball court and 4 Pickleball courts. Very nice and lots of shade trees.
